Step Two
Should you wish to enrol your child in Rotherglen School then we ask that you complete the application paperwork and provide the school with your child’s recent report cards.
Application pieces include:

- Enrollment Agreement
- Medical Information
- Statement of Immunization Form
- Fee Schedules
- Payment Options & Preauthorized Payment Plan
- Contact Information Form
- Emergency Information card
Step Three
The School Office will contact you when your child’s application is complete and when you will be notified of an admission decision.
