Grade 3 Learns about the Human Skeletal System

The Grade 3 students have been learning about the human skeletal system and enthusiastically embraced their follow-up activity by creating their own unique skeletal system and labeling the parts of the skeleton.

The students have gained a better understanding of how the skeletal system works as a support structure for their body giving it shape, allowing movement, making blood cells and providing protection for organs and stores minerals.
