Today we pause. We remember. We listen.
On the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation, we honour all the children who never came home, the Survivors of residential schools, and their families. Our hearts are with Indigenous peoples across the country. We are committed to the journey of reconciliation. Every Child Matters.

That’s a wrap on a phenomenal week of soccer! We are bursting with pride after watching our Grade 4-8 students compete in their PSAA tournaments. The level of skill, passion, and energy on the pitch was truly outstanding.
More impressive than any goal, however, was the incredible sportsmanship on display. We saw high-fives between opponents, teammates lifting each other up, and a genuine respect for the game. This week was a powerful reminder that the best victories happen when teamwork and integrity lead the way. Congratulations to every single player—you represented our school with class and determination!

Welcome: Meadowvale Elementary Campus
Welcome to Rotherglen School’s Meadowvale Elementary Campus. I am pleased that you have expressed an interest in our school and I encourage you to navigate through our website and discover what makes us exceptional.
At Rotherglen we pride ourselves on being a uniquely warm and nurturing school community, which we believe enhances every student’s learning experience. We actively promote the development of moral character at every grade level and each student is encouraged to strive for academic excellence, personal development, respect and citizenship. Students are better able to achieve these outcomes when they are connected to a healthy, happy and safe community.

Our programs are rich in opportunities for exploration and self-discovery where learning is an active process. As you enter our campus grounds, its true uniqueness is evident. Inside and out, it truly is a breathtaking campus. Within the walls of our 19th-Century Georgian-style landmark building is a vibrant, state-of-the art educational environment. However, this is not the only thing that makes our campus special. The life and heart of our campus is the children who come to learn, the teachers who come to teach, and the Rotherglen families who enrich our inclusive community.
The best way to learn more about the exceptional educational experience we offer our students is to come for a visit. I encourage you to continue to explore the website and contact our admissions office to arrange a personal tour. After all, seeing is believing!
Sincerely,
Jacinta Snyder,
Head of School
