Step One: Campus Visit
Seeing is believing! The most comprehensive way to learn about Rotherglen School is to book a personal tour during the school day when classes are in session and our community is alive with activity. It would be our pleasure to highlight what makes Rotherglen a unique community, and share with you our vision, philosophies and values.
As the first step in the admissions process, we invite you to book a school tour with our admissions coordinator at email@example.com.
Step Two: Completed Application for Admissions Package
The Confidential School Report is to be completed by the child’s current teacher and mailed, faxed or e-mailed directly to the school.

Step Three: Entrance Assessment/School Visit
Upon receipt of your application, you will be contacted to arrange a convenient time for your child to spend the day with us at the school for a classroom visit and an individual assessment. A classroom visit will allow your child to get a sense of the school day at Rotherglen. The assessment allows for our admissions team to better understand your child as a learner and helps to ensure that Rotherglen is the right educational environment/fit. Our assessments take place in a warm and welcoming environment, administered by a member of our admissions team. The Entrance Assessment for students entering Grade 1 is approximately 30 minutes in length, while students in Grades 2 through Grade 8 complete an assessment that is approximately 90 minutes in length.
Step Four: Communication
Parents will be notified of admission offers in early February. If we are unable to offer your child a placement, he/she will be placed in a waiting pool until a spot becomes available.
Step Five: Student Registration
Upon acceptance, parents will be required to submit the Registration Package and necessary tuition payments by the date indicated on the acceptance letter to secure placement.
Please refer to our Fees and Schedules page for payment options and further details.
