Mental Well-Being: Believe in Yourself

Students in Grades 3 to 5 learned about self-love and where that comes from. They heard about the importance of being mindful towards how we speak to ourselves, and the difference between negative and positive thoughts. The importance of practising strategies such as affirmations and gratitude were also shared to encourage one’s personal understanding of how they can become their own cheerleader.
