Speech Showcase 2015

Over the past month, the Grade 7 and 8 students worked diligently to both author and present a speech in front of their English teacher and peers. Grade 7 students focused their writing on topics related to global citizenship, while Grade 8 students concentrated their efforts towards topics related to personal interest. The students successfully navigated through the speech process and the trials and tribulations pertaining to learning how to speak effectively while in public.

Eight students, one from each homeroom class, were chosen to showcase their excellent work and public speaking abilities in front of an audience comprised of their peers, Grade 5 and 6 students, teachers, and parents.

The Showcase was another excellent opportunity for our students to celebrate their achievements and versatilities.
