What’s Happening in Casa!
This month in the Casa classroom we have been focusing on Mental Health and how to keep our bodies and minds strong. We have been practicing our self-affirmation, self-care, and continuing with our meditation. We have been discussing ways to manage our feelings and emotions. Along with our healthy eating theme, we have been talking about exercising our bodies and mind to keep us sharp and alert by participating in meditative breathing exercises, saying something kind to ourselves and others, and enjoying basketball drills in our gym class.
