What’s Happening in Grade 6!

In Grade 6, students have been busily consolidating what they have learned about surface area and nets for 3-Dimensional shapes to construct a final product of their choice. Students built castles, animals, robots, and their favourite characters, showcasing their creativity and critical thinking skills. Once the shapes were designed and assembled, students accurately calculated the surface area of each of the components to determine an overall measurement.
