Grade 6 students have begun working on an in-class biodiversity and taxonomy project. The students have been tasked with creating a digital field guide to help identify the biodiversity on our campus. The students have been collecting, observing, and in some cases, preserving specimens to help them identify and classify their species of plant or animal. They will also create taxonomy displays.
